Qualification • Years of Exp:4 to 6 years • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics • Desirable Skills: Experience in Fire and Security system field with knowledge of Access control, CCTV, Alarm systems, FAPA service and commissioning experience, BMS (Sauter and ALC Products knowledge) & IBMS. Job Responsibilities: • Providing Field service expertise, Service Execution, and building relationships with customers. • Perform routine Preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, installation, commissioning, and general activities of BMS, fire, and security systems. • Provide technical support for the programming, configuration, and advanced troubleshooting of BMS, Fire, and Security systems. • Attending day-to-day service calls provided through our work management software from our dedicated service center. • Deliver end-to-end small-scale installations of BMS, Fire, and security Systems. • Work with supervisors to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through direct customer contact. • Collaborating with sales and service teams to build relationships and support new projects with customers. • Ability to work on multiple sites. • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal team. • Willingness to assist and support others as required and to work effectively with team members. • Accomplish objectives effectively within the time frame given and carry out the associated tasks in an efficient and timely manner. • Handle daily troubleshooting and follow up on all open technical issues till the problems are resolved. • The ability to work safely so as not to cause or risk harm to oneself or others. Qualification / Experience • BMS understanding and experience across multiple system types (e.g, Sauter, ALC, and TRIDIUM - NIAGARA/JACE). • Fire and security system understanding and experience across multiple system types (like Lenel, Edwards, Notifier, Honeywell ProWatch, Siemens, Milestone, Gallagher, etc...) • Certification of any fire and Security systems will be an added advantage • Basic knowledge of hardware, network, and databases. • Strong self-learning ability, work independently • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Must be flexible to travel regularly and with short notice for the sake of customer satisfaction. • The incumbent should possess experience in working with typical customers like End users, Facility Management company etc. • Willing to travel for work
