• Lead and manage the Research Operations function, providing strategic direction and operational leadership.
• Drive business strategy, operational planning, and execution aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee project delivery, quality, resource planning, and operational performance.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cost optimization, and profitability.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams and future leaders.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver integrated research solutions.
• Identify market trends and introduce innovative products, services, and operational improvements.
• Monitor KPIs, mitigate operational risks, and ensure continuous process enhancement.
• Represent the Research Operations function in leadership meetings and strategic initiatives.

• 10+ years of experience in the Market Research industry.
• Proven experience managing large, multi-functional teams.
• Strong expertise in research operations, project management, and survey lifecycle.
• Experience in strategic planning, operational excellence, and business transformation.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with budget management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree/MBA is an added advantage.
