Store Manager

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Store Manager in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Our client is a reputed organization in the Retail / Quick Commerce / Logistics sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. • Manage daily dark store operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment activities.
  
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve operational targets.
  
• Prepare and manage workforce schedules for optimal productivity.
  
• Coordinate with last-mile delivery teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  
• Analyze operational KPIs and implement process improvements.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  
• Maintain high levels of order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  

1. Inventory Management – Maintain stock accuracy and replenishment planning.
   
2. Store Operations Management – Oversee daily operational activities.
   
3. Team Leadership – Manage and develop store staff performance.
   
4. Scheduling & Workforce Planning – Optimize manpower utilization.
   
5. Computer & Email Communication – Handle reporting and communication effectively.
   

• Experience in quick commerce operations.
  
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
  
• Performance metrics and process improvement expertise.
  

Candidates should have 2–6 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, supply chain management, or fast-paced retail operations. Experience in managing teams, inventory, and store performance metrics is preferred. Exposure to quick commerce environments will be advantageous.

• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree
  
• Preferred: Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  
• Additional: Relevant retail or supply chain certifications
