This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in recruitment.
As a Fresher Talent Acquisition professional, you will learn the fundamentals of the recruitment process, develop essential skills, and contribute to our team's efforts in sourcing and securing top talent.
Responsibilities: Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
Support the team in sourcing candidates through job boards and social media.
Screen resumes and application forms.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Help in maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Participate in resume reviews and candidate assessments.
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
Learn and understand ProArch's culture and hiring needs.
We are looking for recent graduate with a passion for recruitment and a desire to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
