As a Fresher Talent Acquisition professional, you will learn the fundamentals of the recruitment process, develop essential skills, and contribute to our team's efforts in sourcing and securing top talent.
Responsibilities: Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
Support the team in sourcing candidates through job boards and social media.
Screen resumes and application forms.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
