Job Title: UI/UX Designer Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (On-site) Experience Required: 1–4 years CTC Range: ₹4–5 LPA Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our in-house design team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, user behavior, and product usability, and the ability to turn complex ideas into simple, elegant, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design goals.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to derive actionable insights.
Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Design pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across platforms.
Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoffs and implementation.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and innovations.
Skills & Tools Required: Design Tools: Figma (mandatory), Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision Prototyping Tools: Figma, Marvel, Framer Collaboration Tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack, Notion Design Expertise: User-Centered Design (UCD) & Design Thinking User research & usability testing Visual hierarchy, typography, and responsive layouts Maintaining design systems & style guides Nice-to-Have: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for developer collaboration Familiarity with AI-based design tools (Uizard, Galileo AI, Figma AI plugins) Ideal Candidate: 1–4 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience Strong portfolio showcasing user-focused designs and prototypes Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Passionate about creating seamless, intuitive user experiences
