Waiter/Waitress

Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Waiter/Waitress to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our customers. The right candidate should have a friendly and professional attitude while providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibility:
- Greet and seat customers, presenting menus and explaining daily specials
- Take accurate food and drink orders, using a POS system
- Deliver orders to the correct table and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in preparing the dining area, including setting tables and refilling condiments
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to provide a pleasant dining experience

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role
- Knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
