Pastry Chef

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our culinary team and prepare delicious desserts and pastries. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread, and other sweet treats.

Job Responsibility:
1. Designing and executing dessert menus in line with the overall culinary concept
2. Preparing a wide variety of pastries, such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread, and other baked goods
3. Overseeing pastry orders, inventory, and supplies
4. Ensuring all pastries are made to high-quality standards and consistently meeting customer expectations
5. Collaborating with the culinary team to create innovative and appealing dessert offerings

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
2. Extensive knowledge of baking techniques and pastry ingredients
3. Creativity and attention to detail
4. Strong time management skills
5. Ability to work well in a team environment
