Description and Requirements

Lenovo's presence across META is experiencing significant growth, and we're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional to help accelerate our expansion across Morocco.

As a Client Account Manager, you will develop and expand relationships with enterprise customers across Morocco, helping them address complex business challenges end-to-end through Lenovo's solutions portfolio. Working as a trusted advisor, you'll identify new opportunities, drive revenue growth, and deliver solutions that enable customers to modernize, scale, and innovate.



What You Bring


  • Proven experience in enterprise technology sales, account management, or business development in Morocco. (Algeria and Tunisia markets are an advantage)
  • Strong understanding of data center, hybrid cloud, storage, server, networking, and holistic infrastructure solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic customer relationships and influence decision-makers at multiple levels.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into business outcomes.
  • Fluency in English, French, and Arabic is highly desirable.

What Makes You Successful


  • 8-10+ years of experience driving enterprise technology sales, account growth, or business development within the IT industry.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Experience managing strategic enterprise customers and influencing senior stakeholders across both business and technical functions ideally within banking, telcos. (Public sector is an advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, hybrid cloud, virtualization, or data center technologies.
  • Success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from opportunity identification through deal closure.
  • Ability to develop account strategies that drive customer growth, deepen partnerships, and create long-term business value.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a consultative approach to solving customer challenges.
  • Professional fluency in Arabic, English, and French with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels of an organization.
