Network Analyst

Location: Casablanca, Morocco
Contract type: Permanent (CDI)
Experience: 1 to 5 years
Education level: Bachelor's to Master's degree (3-5 years post-secondary) (IT, Networks, Telecoms)
Salary: To be negotiated based on profile and experience

Main responsibilities:
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment
(switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, etc.)
• Provide level 2 support for network incidents (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Monitor network performance and supervise it using monitoring tools
(e.g., Zabbix, SolarWinds, Librenms)
• Analyze and resolve connectivity and security incidents
• Document procedures and network configurations
• Participate in infrastructure evolution projects (migration,
deployment, optimization)
• Provide technical assistance to internal users and clients

Profile sought:
• Degree in IT, networks, or telecommunications
• Cisco certification (CCNA) or equivalent
• Solid knowledge of network protocols: TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, BGP
• Good understanding of IP addressing principles (IPv4/IPv6) and DNS/DHCP
• Basic knowledge of security technologies: Firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto).
• Analytical mindset, rigor, customer service orientation, and ability to work in a team
• Technical curiosity and strong desire to learn
• Autonomy and sense of responsibility
