Education level: Bachelor's to Master's degree (3-5 years post-secondary) (IT, Networks, Telecoms)

Main responsibilities:
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment
(switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, etc.)
• Provide level 2 support for network incidents (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Monitor network performance and supervise it using monitoring tools
(e.g., Zabbix, SolarWinds, Librenms)
• Analyze and resolve connectivity and security incidents
• Document procedures and network configurations
• Participate in infrastructure evolution projects (migration,
deployment, optimization)
• Provide technical assistance to internal users and clients

• Degree in IT, networks, or telecommunications
• Cisco certification (CCNA) or equivalent
