Job Summary We are hiring an execution-driven Project Manager with SaaS and startup experience to implement project management systems, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure teams consistently deliver on time.

Key Responsibilities Establish, optimize, and manage project management systems such as Jira, Linear, Notion, or similar tools.
Create a centralized source of truth for projects, workflows, timelines, and deliverables.
Manage daily and weekly sprint cycles to ensure priorities are clear and deadlines are met.
Track deliverables, follow up proactively on delays, and remove blockers across the team.

Proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role in a SaaS or early-stage startup environment .
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, sprint planning, and fast-paced product or technology workflows.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to build systems, workflows, and clear processes from scratch.
Strong communication skills and the confidence to hold team members accountable.
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
Experience working with distributed or remote teams is preferred.
Background in music tech, catalog management, rights management, or media SaaS is a plus.
