Job Title: HR Associate Location: Phase 8, DHA, Lahore Experience Required: 1-2 years in HR (Talent Acquisition & HR Operations) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong teams, ensuring smooth HR processes, and delivering an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Post job openings on relevant platforms and maintain candidate pipelines.
Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication.
Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
HR Operations Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and documentation.
Maintain and update HR records in HRIS/HR databases.
Support performance management cycles, including goal-setting and evaluations.
Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR compliance requirements.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR, with exposure to both recruitment and HR operations.
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, HR policies, and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (ATS/HRIS).
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
