Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Post job openings on relevant platforms and maintain candidate pipelines.
Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication.
Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
HR Operations Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and documentation.
Maintain and update HR records in HRIS/HR databases.
Support performance management cycles, including goal-setting and evaluations.
Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR compliance requirements.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR, with exposure to both recruitment and HR operations.
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, HR policies, and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (ATS/HRIS).
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
