We are looking for a Sales Support Representative for the Turkey Food & Nutrition Sales team.
Main Accountabilities
Provide the best commercial and digital support tothecustomerportfolio:
Serve as firstand directpoint of contact for Customersand ensure timely communicationon product specifications (productchanges,legal aspects,PBMs ...).Follow-up oncustomersatisfaction,facilitateresponse tocustomerquestionnaires.
Assist customers in accessing and navigating the customer portal to ensure a smooth and user-friendly digitalexperience..Encouragethe use of thecustomerportalsand the e-Lab (whereapplicable).Generate best-in-classcustomer engagement through optimal usage of CRM andotherIT systems. Maintain complete and accuratecustomer data inall ITsystems.
Provide supporttotheexternalSalesteam. Challengepricing & margin developmenton new orders.Raiseand discuss priceissueswithSales Managers.Communicatepricelist updatestocustomersand handlecustomerprice claims.
Process/create sample requests in CRM, liaise withCustomers and/or Sales Managerfor improved qualification ofthe sample request (application, project, …)..Detectand shareopportunitieswith Sales Managerstodevelop commercial relationships.
Assist Sales Administratorswithblockers inMetaMazeand/orhelpwith issues on open orders.Contribute to collectingoverduesand handle credit limits together with Credit Control.
Followupon the customers’purchasingbehavior, collect forecastsand assist Planners on demand modelling.
Destocking actions: Identify slow-moving products within customer portfolio (as flagged by the Planner), coordinate with Sales Manager on spot price offers, ensure offer is sent to Customer and follow up on its status, provide regular updates to Business Manager.
Masterthe relevantCRM andERP functionalitiestooperateefficiently and provide best-in-classservice toCustomers.
Ensure conformance& contribute to sustainability:
Ensure compliance with all QA and SHE requirements, procedures and working instructionsin order tomaintain high service standards and quality of Data Management.
Reviewnon-conformanceson adailybasis,in collaborationwith theSales Administrators, Supply Chain Administrators,Sales Managers andSHEQteam. Provide feedback toStakeholdersto allow closing of non-conformances in CRM.
Translate the Group’s Sustainability Strategy into concrete job-related actions.
Contribute to continuous process optimization and excellent teamwork:
Provide regular feedback tobusiness process ownersandKey Users to enable operational excellence, efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop expertise in processes and work instructions related to own scope and support development of best practices.
Act as back-upwithintheCommercialAssistantteam as required.
Experience, Skills & Education
Proven experience incommercial development andcustomerservice,understanding market dynamicsand requirements.
Entrepreneurial and dynamic mindsetand technical affinity and interest.
Strong relationship building and negotiation skills.
Strong communication skills,local language andgood knowledge of English.
Self-motivated, team-player, passionate about achieving goals/targets, high service level standards.
Excellent organizational skillsandself-starter,advanced user of various IT tools &CRM.
Ability to adapt to new & changing requirements and a flexible approach to workingwithpressure.
