Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Commis I to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in our Gastro pub kitchen. The Commis I will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality and timely food production.

Job Responsibility:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including cutting, chopping, and marinating
- Cook dishes as per the chef's instructions and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Ensure all food safety guidelines and regulations are followed
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commis I or similar role in a kitchen environment
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
