As the business continues to expand its AI capability, they're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI solutions that solve complex business challenges.

This is a highly hands-on engineering role where you'll take ownership of AI features throughout the full software development lifecycle, working alongside product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and commercially impactful solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI applications using modern machine learning and Generative AI technologies.

  
  

• Build scalable AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic AI frameworks to solve real-world business challenges.

  
  

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust, production-ready solutions.

  
  

• Drive technical decision-making, optimise AI systems based on production performance, and promote engineering best practices across the team.

  
  

Discover the Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including significant hands-on experience delivering AI solutions into production.

  
  

• Proven track record of building AI-powered products that have been successfully launched and are actively used by customers in live environments.

  
  

• Strong expertise in Python, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain or similar.

  
  

• Experience building scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed applications using modern software engineering practices.

  
  

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, containerisation, CI/CD, MLOps, and deploying AI applications at scale.

  
  

• Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases, ETL pipelines, and large-scale data processing.

  
  

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

  
  

• A proactive, product-focused mindset with experience working in fast-paced engineering environments and a passion for building AI solutions that deliver real commercial impact.
