This is a highly hands-on engineering role where you'll take ownership of AI features throughout the full software development lifecycle, working alongside product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and commercially impactful solutions.

Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI applications using modern machine learning and Generative AI technologies.
Build scalable AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic AI frameworks to solve real-world business challenges.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust, production-ready solutions.
Drive technical decision-making, optimise AI systems based on production performance, and promote engineering best practices across the team.
Discover the Requirements
7+ years of software engineering experience, including significant hands-on experience delivering AI solutions into production.
Proven track record of building AI-powered products that have been successfully launched and are actively used by customers in live environments.
Strong expertise in Python, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain or similar.
Experience building scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed applications using modern software engineering practices.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, containerisation, CI/CD, MLOps, and deploying AI applications at scale.
Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases, ETL pipelines, and large-scale data processing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
A proactive, product-focused mindset with experience working in fast-paced engineering environments and a passion for building AI solutions that deliver real commercial impact.
