Job Overview

The General Manager - Construction will lead and oversee all construction activities for the Group, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This senior leadership role requires strategic planning, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall construction strategy, aligning with corporate objectives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD).
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
