Job Title
E-Commerce Specialist 

Job Scope

Owns day-to-day operations of iRefurb's e-shop for refurbished products - from catalogue management to order fulfilment and customer support.




Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Test platform functionality (ordering process, payment gateways) and coordinate improvements with developers
  • Manage e-shop catalogue: add and update products, descriptions, photos, pricing and sales campaigns
  • Process and control customer orders in GDS; verify quantities, prices and discounts
  • Coordinate dispatch with Lagermax; ensure delivery and issue invoices
  • Handle customer complaints; issue credit notes (price or goods-related) for approved claims
  • Provide customer support via email - product details, availability, invoicing enquiries
  • Manage customer accounts: edit addresses, update details, handle access issues
  • Monitor sales performance, website traffic and conversion metrics
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, newsletters and promotions
  • Manage product metadata, parameters and website content texts


Experience

At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.


Experience in: E-shop / CMS management, Customer support, Campaign & newsletter support, Web analytics, SEO / product content
