We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support to the CEO.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations, coordinating schedules and meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring the efficient execution of office activities.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting materials.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other business documents.
Organize and maintain office records, filing systems, and confidential documentation.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics when required.
Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Support office administration and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office.
Requirements Male.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
4–5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
High level of professionalism with the ability to handle confidential information.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
