- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in application management, IT service management, or a comparable role within a global enterprise environment.
- Proven track record managing business-critical applications across multiple time zones.
- Demonstrable experience with vendor management, contract lifecycle administration, and PO/invoice processes.
- Experience working within GRC frameworks and responding to security assessment processes (e.g., SIG, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
- Previous involvement in application upgrade projects or global rollouts is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of enterprise application architectures (e.g., multi-tier, etc..).
- Familiarity with infrastructure standards including cloud platforms, virtualization, networking, and hosting concepts.
- Experience with integration technologies and middleware (APIs, ESB, data pipelines).
- Working knowledge of ITSM tools and processes (incident, change, problem management).
- Proficiency with standard productivity and collaboration tools (MS Office 365, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, or equivalent).
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and data flow maps.
- Understanding of enterprise printing architectures and print management platforms.
- Exposure to task automation tools, scripts.
- Scripting skills in one or more languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation and operational tasks.
- Experience with server administration and OS-level management (Windows Server / Linux).Familiarity with warehouse management or supply chain IT systems is a plus.
