What You’ll Do:


  • Provide deskside and onsite support for Windows OS (7/10), MS Office, desktops, notebooks, printers, and handheld devices, including hands-and-feet support for network and data center equipment.


  • Troubleshoot and assist end users with mobile device setup, activation, and performance issues across iOS, Android, and BlackBerry devices.


  • Support conference room A/V equipment, Windows image build processes, SCCM deployments, and use remote connectivity tools (SMS, Bomgar, WebEx, Live Meeting, Windows Native tools).



Requirements

What You Need:


  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in deskside / onsite support with strong troubleshooting skills in Windows OS installation, MS Office, desktop hardware/software, and basic networking concepts.


  • Solid experience providing hands-and-feet support for network and data center equipment, including familiarity with Active Directory (user accounts, Exchange mailboxes, distribution lists).


  • Good knowledge of iOS/Android device support, Windows image build process, and SCCM deployments.


  • Strong customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.


  • Basic understanding of audio/video equipment and conference room setup; remote desktop connectivity tool experience required.
