Job description

Audio Technology is seeking a skilled and proactive Facility Management Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of building systems and facilities. The ideal candidate is preferably an Electrical Power Engineer with experience in managing electrical systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination of facility operations to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily facility operations and maintenance activities which included but not limited to:

-       Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and low-current systems.

-       Supervise the operation and maintenance of HVAC Systems, Plumbing Systems, Fire Fighting Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Low Current Systems

-       Monitor electrical power systems, including MDBs, EMDBs, generators, UPS systems, transformers, and lighting systems.

-       Ensure all facility systems operate efficiently and safely.

-       Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.

-       Prepare maintenance schedules and technical reports.

-       Respond to facility emergencies and troubleshoot technical issues.

-       Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

-       Monitor energy consumption and recommend energy-saving solutions.

-       Support project execution, fit-out works, and system upgrades when required.

-       Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and asset management.

-       Conduct regular facility inspections and identify improvement opportunities.

-       Respond promptly to facility emergencies and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and building system faults to minimize downtime.
