A leading company operating in the vehicle manufacturing industry in 6th of October City is seeking a Material Planning Specialist to join its team.
Department: Material Planning & Production Control – Overseas

Job Summary
We are looking for Material Planning Specialists to manage imported parts and ensure material availability to support uninterrupted production. The role focuses on supplier follow-up, purchase order management, shipment tracking, and shortage prevention across overseas suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor production requirements and material availability
• Identify and resolve potential shortages to avoid production impact
• Issue and follow up overseas purchase orders
• Track supplier delivery commitments and shipment status (ETD/ETA)
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production planning teams
• Maintain accurate reports for shortages, POs, and shipments
• Ensure proper inventory levels (avoid shortage & overstock)
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience (preferred in manufacturing or supply chain)
• Strong Excel skills and basic ERP/SAP knowledge
• Good command of English
