responsibilities :
Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, infrastructure, building, MEP, and industrial projects.
-Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contractual requirements.
-Develop pricing strategies and recommend competitive bid values
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Prepare project budgets and cash flow forecasts.
- Assist in preparing variation orders and claims pricin
qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- worked before at saudi arabia or back office for saudi companies
- Strong negotiation and commercial awareness.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or EPC projects
