The Senior Projects Manager at Hyde Park Developments will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale construction and development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure that the project are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the construction and real estate development sector.
Proven track record managing large-scale residential, commercial, and administrative projects.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
Proficiency in project management software tools such as Primavera, MS Office, and CAD.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
