Role Purpose



To provide administrative support to the Operations team, contributing to the effective day-to-day operation of the Teaching Centre, and to support staff in addressing child protection and safeguarding matters in line with organisational policies and procedures.
 

Main Accountabilities



Provide high-quality customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Teaching Centre. Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries, responding to routine requests and escalating more complex issues where appropriate. Support the welfare and safety of Young Learners by monitoring student movement during classes, identifying and reporting safeguarding, behavioural, operational or service-related concerns, and ensuring any issues that may impact the customer experience are promptly escalated.



Coordinate and deliver a range of operational, logistical and administrative services that support teaching, registration, events and other Teaching Centre activities. This includes preparing classrooms to agreed standards, arranging room layouts, performing basic classroom technology checks, reporting maintenance issues, maintaining accurate records and databases, and supporting the management of promotional materials. The role also involves liaising with internal teams, customers, suppliers and contractors to ensure services and events are delivered efficiently and effectively.



Monitor and manage resources, stock, deliveries and contracted services to maintain a safe, clean and well-functioning learning environment. Ensure classrooms and public areas meet organisational standards, act as a key contact for Teaching Centre deliveries, and coordinate external contractors to complete routine activities within agreed quality and timeframes. Plan and prioritise workload effectively, adapting to changing business needs while ensuring consistent service delivery.



Skills & Qualifications



Essential



  • English language proficiency at B1 (Intermediate) level or above.
  • University Degree
  • Demonstrated work experience in a professional office or service-oriented environment.

Desirable



  • Experience of working in an Educational institution
