Role PurposeTo play a key role in the successful delivery of our teaching provision by coordinating operational activities, managing logistics, and providing exceptional support to teaching staff and learners, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality educational experience.
 
Main Accountabilities

You will provide essential administrative, customer service, and logistical support to ensure the smooth delivery of teaching operations and an excellent learner experience. This includes managing student registration and customer care processes, maintaining accurate records, preparing routine reports, and supporting the coordination of classes, events, and teaching activities. You will also use operational data and insights to help identify opportunities for continuous improvement.



As a key point of contact for customers, you will respond to enquiries, resolve routine issues, and escalate more complex matters where needed. Working closely with colleagues and partners, you will proactively coordinate activities, communicate potential risks or challenges, and help ensure teaching services and events run efficiently and effectively.



You will maintain compliance with safeguarding, security, financial, and data management requirements, while ensuring resources, equipment, and materials are available when needed. The role also requires effective planning and prioritisation of your own workload, alongside coordinating others to deliver activities to agreed quality and service standards.



Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in a customer focused environment.
  • Proficiency in English at CEFR C1 level or above.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and coordinate with internal and external partners.
