SUMMARY OF THE ROLE


In this role you will supervise ongoing painting works on projects in Cairo and other locations to ensure the correct products are used and applied properly, in accordance with Jotun's technical data sheets and method statements to achieve the desired performance.
This role is based at our Head Office in New Cairo and reports to the Technical Sales Support Manager within the Decorative Projects Team.

Responsibilities: 


  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor painting activities and ensure Jotun products are applied in accordance with technical specifications, approved procedures, and quality standards.
  • Perform on-site inspections, assessments, and testing, preparing technical reports to verify compliance with project requirements and product performance.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints by conducting site inspections, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and following through the complete resolution process.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to troubleshoot technical issues, provide application recommendations, and support field trials for new products.
  • Recommend suitable coating systems and application methods based on project conditions, while monitoring paint consumption and reporting any deviations or shortages.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring all painting activities comply with HSE regulations and Jotun's safety standards.

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction sites.
