Services Account Executive

What you’ll achieve


As a Services Account Executive, you will proactively identify and solve customer business needs by providing subject matter expertise and creating solutions using Dell’s services. 


You will:


  • Proactively identify and solves customer business problems by providing subject matter expertise and by using higher complexity product and services lines to create solutions
  • Manage a territory or group of accounts to ensure opportunities are identified and closed

Contributes to shared team success and customer outcomes by achieving sales goals


  • Customarily and regularly engage at customer/client facilities and communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging way to support customer decision-making
  • Understand and communicate Services & technology roadmaps and vision and associated technical advantages of the proposed solution
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and internal teams and collaborate across functions to deliver the best solutions,

Essential Requirements 


  • Experience in designing and selling complex Professional Services solutions, or a strong willingness to develop in this area
  • Gain access and manages relationships with senior level personnel and decision makers
  • Demonstrate the value of a service to advance customer’s business objectives
  • Sell in a “Transformational” and not “Transactional” way
  • Analyse and applies industry, competitor and market knowledge to present the positive value of our solutions
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and leadership
  • Demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset
  • Have industry knowledge preferably in all or some of these areas: Artificial Intelligence, Security & Resilience, Modern Infrastructure and/or Modern Workplace.
  • Several years of experience in a relationship selling role
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Local language & English spoken/written
