L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices across enterprise environments
Troubleshoot OS (Windows 10/11), hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Manage and support endpoint tools such as SCCM/MECM, Intune, or equivalent
Handle print management including printer setup, troubleshooting, print servers, and queue management
Support Active Directory (user account management, group policies, access issues)
Perform software installations, patching, imaging, and configuration
Diagnose issues related to VPN, network connectivity, and performance
Ensure adherence to SLA/KPI targets and provide timely resolution
Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Desktop/End User Support (Windows environment)
Hands-on with Endpoint Management tools (SCCM, Intune, etc.)
Experience in Enterprise Print Management (print servers, drivers, troubleshooting)
Knowledge of Active Directory & basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
Good understanding of ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar)
