2. Role Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Engineer to provide technical support, maintain IT systems, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.


3. Key Responsibilities (Outcome-Based)
  • Provide first-level and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
  • Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and connectivity issues.
  • Support Microsoft Windows environments, Office 365, and enterprise applications.
  • Monitor IT systems and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Assist in maintaining servers, backups, and security protocols.

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in IT support, system administration, or helpdesk operations.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, Linux, Active Directory, Office 365, networking concepts, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity practices and data protection.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
