Your Impact



  • Define and implement product strategy and roadmap to improve onboarding experiences using AI-driven insights.
  • Translate customer needs and business goals into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and research teams to build scalable, user-centric AI-first workflows.
  • Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration, using data and experimentation to optimize outcomes.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration and act as the customer advocate in all product decisions.

Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7+ years of product management experience.
  • Expertise in customer support domain, ideally with AI/ML-powered products.
  • Shown experience leading products from inception to scale.
  • Strong technical understanding of platform and systems thinking.
  • Confirmed ability to use data and insights to influence product decisions.

Preferred Qualifications



  • Passion for solving real user problems with deep customer insight.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and data science.
  • Skilled in designing and analyzing experiments such as A/B testing and user studies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to align diverse stakeholders and drive product vision.
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve strategic issues to maintain team momentum and delivery difficulty.
