Meet the Team 
Join Cisco’s Central Quality team within Supply Chain Operations, where we manage the Quality Management System (QMS) for core hardware products, including field and factory performance. Our diverse team of quality engineers and business architects drives business outcomes by digitizing and enhancing the QMS. We focus on delivering transformative improvements through advanced analytics, ensuring operational excellence and meeting evolving quality expectations for hyperscale customers. Collaborating across Product Quality, Customer Quality, and Services Planning, we are passionate about shaping quality processes that impact Cisco’s hardware, software, and cloud services. 
 



Your Impact 



  • Establish and refine quality processes across new product introduction (NPI), factory, and field sustaining activities to meet dynamic customer expectations.
  • Analyze hardware quality metrics and factory yield performance to support six sigma quality goals.
  • Perform actionable data analysis to detect trends, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide quality improvement recommendations demonstrated across multiple Cisco business units.
  • Communicate strategies, proposals, and status updates effectively to Cisco executives and stakeholders. 

Minimum Qualifications 



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in hardware quality management, preferably for networking routers and switches.
  • Expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Strong skills in root cause investigation, data analysis, and presenting findings to executives and business partners.
  • Proven ability to lead corrective, preventive, and risk mitigation actions. 

Preferred Qualifications 



  • Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail when working with complex datasets.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing scalable decision automation tools and technologies.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with data engineers, data scientists, and business leaders.
  • Proficiency in translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
