  • Support the ongoing evolution of variable pay programs in response to changing business needs and organizational priorities.
  • Conduct analyses and develop insights to support decision-making and stakeholder recommendations.
  • Respond to complex compensation-related inquiries and provide data-driven recommendations where appropriate.
  • Develop insights and recommendations to enhance program effectiveness, stakeholder experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a functional champion for compensation systems and tools, partnering with HR Systems and technology teams to define requirements, support testing, drive adoption, and influence future enhancements.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification would be preferred.
  • 4 - 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably at a professional services firm or in a regional compensation specialist role

Who You'll Work With

This role partners closely with members of the Global Compensation Team, HR Systems and HR stakeholders across BCG's global offices. The position supports the delivery and evolution of BCG's global variable pay programs and provides exposure to highly visible compensation initiatives, stakeholder engagement, analytics, and systems transformation efforts.
