Summary:


Support the delivery of Operational GBS People Services within a regional scope of the India centre. Providing operational expertise in delivering People services to employees to specified centre. To drive ongoing transformation improvement of the service aligned to the developing needs of the Rolls-Royce businesses.


Responsibilities:


  • Accountable for operational service delivery and performance for regional processes in scope of the People Services organisation.
  • Manage key business relationships and stakeholders in delivery of core People Services.
  • Lead and direct a team of Team Leads and service delivery Teams in providing excellent customer service and maintaining quality of service. This will also include customer service & deliverables of outsourced vendors.
  • Manage activities to ensure compliance and adherence to group policies, region/country legislation/requirements, procedures and management of risks.
  • Work closely with process owners to manage change control and deploy into operational service.
  • Provide operational reporting, metrics and KPI’s internally to the team to drive ownership and performance and to key customers to demonstrate service performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:


  • 15+ years’ experience of HR service delivery.
  • Proven excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge and expertise of leading and supporting teams in a large-scale HR service operations environment, preferable knowledge of payroll.
  • Good understanding of lean process management and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Expertise and knowledge of customer service protocols and technologies in relation to HR service operations 
  • Experience in insourcing of HR processes from a third-party vendor
  • Strong Experience in Service Management and delivery of Service Excellence
