Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze business and finance requirements and design SAP FICO solutions aligned with business processes.

Configure SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Taxation) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Cost Elements) modules.

Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, WM, and HCM.

Lead or support end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, enhancements, testing, and go-live activities.

Conduct client workshops, gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams.

Provide post-go-live support, resolve issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while mentoring junior consultants.

Requirements

6–10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, including multiple implementation and rollout projects.

Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration and production support.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance; exposure to SAP Fiori is preferred.

Solid understanding of Financial Accounting, Controlling processes, and month-end/year-end closing activities.

Proven experience integrating SAP FICO with modules such as MM, SD, PP, WM, and HCM.

Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
