Job description


  •  Lead the design and review of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Mechanical Systems.
  • Prepare and review engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines throughout project stages.
  • Ensure compliance with QCDD, QCS, Ashghal requirements, and relevant international codes.
  • Attend client meetings and provide technical support throughout project execution.
  • Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material approvals.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide technical recommendations when required.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support the development of the mechanical engineering team.


Skills


  •  Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in mechanical design consultancy.
  • Grade A Classification from the Ministry of Municipality (Qatar) is preferred.
  • QCDD Consultant Classification is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and building services design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, and other relevant engineering software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Previous experience in consultancy projects within Qatar.
