Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and campaign structures to improve performance.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling advertising creatives and messaging.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently while ensuring optimal allocation across channels.
Prepare detailed performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing practices.
Work closely with product, sales, and business teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
Build audience segmentation strategies and implement remarketing campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value.
Ensure campaigns follow platform policies and industry best practices.
Required SkillsMust-Have Skills Strong hands-on experience in Performance Marketing .
Expertise in campaign planning, execution, optimization, and budget management.
Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and attribution models.
Experience with conversion tracking, analytics tools, and performance reporting.
