The successful candidate will demonstrate strong enthusiasm for working collaboratively with client teams to ensure the successful delivery of Buildings and Infrastructure projects—on time, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards. This role offers excellent exposure to complex and high‑profile projects schemes in the UK market.   Key responsibilities include: Understanding NEC contracts and associated contract management requirements. Supporting the preparation of tender and contract documentation and participating in contract reviews. Ensuring contracts are drafted in compliance with NEC standard clauses, with clear definition of scope, insurances, payment terms, compensation events, and programme submissions. Assisting with pre ‑ contract tender processes, including tender assessments, clarifications, and preparation of contract award recommendation reports. Managing commercial inputs into the procurement process and supporting the development and agreement of procurement strategies. Preparing NEC contracts using detailed compliance checklists. Supporting the preparation of standard documentation, including reports, correspondence, and financial statements. Assisting with quantity surveying tasks, tender analysis, and preparation of tender reports. Taking ownership of contract documentation support with a proactive, solution ‑ oriented approach. Proactively managing project and programme commercial risks and ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are implemented. Building and maintaining strong client relationships across the organisation. Supporting internal documentation and ensuring trackers and records are accurately maintained and kept up to date.   Minimum Qualifications Engineering degree from any discipline. Knowledge of Quantity Surveying principles is desirable. Chartered Quantity Surveyor status (MRICS or equivalent) preferred. 13–16 years of relevant professional experience. Experience working with NEC, POMI, NRM, CESMM and/or FIDIC contracts. Experience in the international market preferred. Proficiency in CostX, Power BI, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite. Sector experience in Water and/or infrastructure ‑ related development. Experience in data collection, analysis, and presentation of information in an appropriate format. Proven experience delivering services within a Design Consultancy environment. Strong knowledge of contract terminology, administration, and management.
