We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our client in Sharjah, specializing in marble works and fit-out construction. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic speaker with strong commercial acumen and proven experience managing costs, contracts, and procurement within marble or high-end interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bill of quantities (BOQ) for marble and fit-out projects.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from tendering to final account settlement.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate cost planning.
  • Handle subcontractor evaluation, negotiation, and contract administration.
