Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily testing production operations to meet scheduling, efficiency, and quality targets.
  • Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to enhance productivity and eliminate waste.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, driving a zero-defect culture.
  • Lead and develop a diverse team of engineers, supervisors, and operators, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material availability and production scheduling.
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance to improve uptime and efficiency.
  • Engage with global stakeholders and participate in customer audits to represent production operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the digital transformation of manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:


  • Graduate or Masters with 15-20 years of management experience in electronics manufacturing
  • Proven expertise in SMT, PCB, testing, and assembly operations
  • Familiarity with root cause analysis and corrective action processes
  • Experience in driving production KPIs (OEE, FPY, OTD)
  • Ability to lead and develop a diverse workforce of 200+
  • Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and digital manufacturing

Nice-To-Have:


  • Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Background in process improvement techniques like value stream mapping
  • Knowledge of global manufacturing systems and compliance standards
  • Exposure to customer-facing production audits and reviews
