CPF Production Manager – F&B / Central Production Facility

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and manage our Central Production Facility operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality food production aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end production operations and ensure achievement of production targets
• Plan and execute production schedules based on business demand
• Ensure compliance with SFDA regulations, HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
• Lead production teams, develop capabilities, and drive performance
• Monitor productivity, yield, waste reduction, and cost efficiency
• Ensure product quality, consistency, and traceability standards
• Manage inventory, production planning, and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, QA, and Logistics teams
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and KPI achievement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in food production, manufacturing, or central kitchen operations
• Proven experience managing production teams and facility operations
• Strong knowledge of SFDA, HACCP, GMP, and food safety systems
• Experience in production planning, inventory control, and cost management
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
