In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead project management activities by setting direction, defining priorities, and empowering team members to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Act as Product Owner, partnering closely with Marketing Product Managers and Engineering teams to build solutions that address customer needs.
  • Promote clear, transparent, and consistent communication across all stakeholders regarding project goals, timelines, and priorities.
  • Plan, monitor, and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient execution.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings and share progress updates with senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, streamline workflows, and strengthen team collaboration.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Relevant professional experience in project or program management, including hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Background in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product development initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across technical and functional domains in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • 14+ years of professional experience, including:
    • Minimum 5 years in project management roles.
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative product development environments.
  • Exposure to both hardware and software development processes.
  • Project management certification such as PMP® or equivalent.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching team members or project managers.
