We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have 1–5 years of experience in IT Sales, excellent English communication skills, and a strong ability to generate and qualify leads. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the company's IT solutions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
MBA is mandatory.
1–5 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Sales Development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and client outreach.
Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
