An Ideal Candidate:



§ 10+2 or any bachelor’s degree in any stream



§ Excellent communications skill



§ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.



§ Understanding of Credit Card Product, features and market.



§ Familiarity with Sales Techniques and customer relationship management



§ Experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry. 




Key Competencies:



1. Sales & Promotion



Proactively approach potential customers and pitch them regarding our different credit card products. Promoting and Sourcing Credit Card product from various Distribution Point (Airport, BPCL Pump, IOCL Pump, Reliance, Malls, Max Store, Lifestyle etc.) Effectively communicate the Feature, Benefits, and other details of various Credit Card. Utilize persuasive Sales Techniques to convert leads into Applications for Dispatch.



2. Customer Engagement.



Build a report with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable credit card options. Provide accurate information about application procedures, eligibility criteria and documentation requirements. Adress customer inquiries, concerns, and objections promptly and professionally.



3. Target Achievement



Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly sales target for credit card acquisitions. Implement given strategic sales plans to maximize productivity and achieve sales goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify for business growth.



4. Documentation & Compliance



Ensure all credit card applications are accurately completed and submitted with required documentation. Adhere to company policies, procedures and regulatory, guidelines during the sales process. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with data protection regulations.



5. Partner Relationship



Sustain the relationship with Vendor/partners.
