Role description: The Program Process Manager will report to the Corporate Services (CS), Real Estate Solutions (RES) Governance Lead within the Centre of Excellence (COE) and will be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining program process controls and document control systems in line with COE standards.
The role will support global strategic programs across the firm’s real estate portfolio by conducting periodic quality audits of project documentation to ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, accuracy, completeness, and traceability.
Based in Mumbai, India , this position will provide support to large-scale global programs and therefore requires flexibility to work in alignment with a global delivery model .
Role accountabilities: Strong understanding of project processes, documentation standards, and document control practices , with the ability to create, maintain, and update program documents aligned to business objectives and real estate initiatives.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills , with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to distill complex technical and operational information into clear, compelling documentation , including project briefs, executive summaries, decision memos, and scope revision documents.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills , with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams, SMEs, technical leads, regional/global program managers, and senior stakeholders.
Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather inputs, validate content, and ensure alignment across project teams and business functions.
Proven capability in document management and compliance , including version control, filing, naming conventions, secure archiving, retrieval, and adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and contractual requirements.
Ability to support change management processes by communicating document updates, assessing impact on scope, schedule, and timelines, and coordinating scope revisions for stakeholder approval.
Strong stakeholder management and reporting capability , serving as a central point of contact for documentation requests, maintaining logs of outstanding dependencies, and ensuring consistency in language, terminology, and branding across all project documents.
Qualifications & Experience:  Bachelor’s degree in Architecture , Construction , Engineering , Project Management or related field 15+ years of experience in supporting program or project management for strategic Real Estate projects ( office fit-outs and experience in refurbishment projects in live trading and GC offices.
   Experience in Banking & Financial Institution is preferred.
Experience of creating governance and process control frameworks for alternative types of Real Estate projects .
Experience working in a global organization in a strategic role or COE or PMO (prior experience of working on Owner’s side is preferable) Why Arcadis?
