We are looking for a Cloud Operations Manager who would contribute to the further development of our Cloud Application Services (CApS )practice within our Delivery Center in Wroclaw. Remote / Hybrid working is possible. Key Responsibilities: Maintain the operational Governance within the regional CApS team, ensuring the service management governance. Manage the Project throughout the Project life cycle, Performing project risk management including planning, identification, analysis, response planning and controlling. Proactively monitor the project's overall progress, resolving issues and initiate corrective and preventive action as appropriate. Review the contract and derive actions concerning risks, opportunities and contractual obligations Manage customer support requirements and project scope to achieve project objectives Stakeholder management both internal and external to Siemens, managing and resolving all issues Drive customer communication for outages, blocking issues (escalation) and point of contact for Siemens CApS leadership team Qualifications: Experience of working within an ITIL environment, A ITIL Certification is highly desirable Experience in managing application Support related projects Working within a customer-facing position, Managing the operations of a software business, ideally within industrial software (PLM / CAD / MES / MOM) we would consider similar sectors e.g. Teamcenter PLM Handling SaaS based customer support projects will be an added advantage.
