LabCorp is seeking a Sr Clinical Project Coordinator ​ to join our team at Brigade Twin Tower in Bangalore, Karnataka.




Work Schedule



Rotating shift - 5-day working model




Job Responsibilities



  • Follow applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.



  • Complete required training according to required timelines.



  • Manage day-to-day tasks, ensuring quality and productivity.



  • Manage project and technical documentation in an appropriate manner.



  • Provide administrative and technical support to internal departments as needed.



  • Perform checks to ensure the quality of work completed.



  • Ensure timely escalation and issue resolution.



  • Other duties as assigned by management.  Plan and deliver training; prepare the required training agenda and material.



  • To create and/or perform review by assessing effectiveness, update SOP's/WI's, including timely submission of version-controlled documents to the global QA SOP team.




Minimum Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree in Life Science




Preferred Qualifications



2 years of experience working in the clinical research industry

Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and communicate effectively.



Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail.



Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others.



Ability to deliver consistent high-quality work.



Ability to use a computer and departmental tools.
